Office Cooler

With not much to do or write and me perusing my old photo uploads on my Flickr account, I saw this and wondered...  If our office had this, would it help our staff to be calmer and cooler with customers?  Will it bring the stress levels in the office down considerably?  More importantly, will it bring down our absenteeism levels to zero?  Hmmm...  What do you think?
