It's been over a year since I last saw this thing and then it was still incomplete. Now that it's complete, I still do not know what it is for. The inside walls look to have some murals, mosaic or paintings on them. I was driving, ok? Best I can describe it to be. To the right it looks like some sort of walkway leading to the thing.
